Certification

Are you devoted to professional education? Do you want to gain new skills, feel a concrete sense of accomplishment and boost your resume (and maybe your salary)? Then professional certification could be for you!

The Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) and Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) ratings are provided exclusively by IAAP to administrative professionals, both members and non-members. The exams explore your knowledge of office systems, technology, office administration, and management, and your application of good human relations and communications. Studying for the exams takes dedication and hard work, but if you ask anyone who has achieved a CPS or CAP rating, they'll tell you it was well worth the effort.
